An Email from Lydia, Russia :


In October 2002 I was in Bali. One day my friend Made came with a newspaper and showed me an article about a lecture and meditation workshop in Denpasar. I was very curios to experience meditation with the teacher. During the lecture and explanation I did not really understand the words (it was in Indonesian language), but I understood the general meaning and during the meditation I was supported by Darmayasa and a translator.

Following the guides I felt myself deeper and deeper. Strong and worm energy was slowly flowing from the lower part to the higher part of my back and different colors were dancing in front of my closed eyes. Warm sensations were growing as Darmayasa walked closer. When warm energy took all of my body up to the top of my head I felt that a light but strong wave lifted me up and I was flying. The feelings were so real and at one moment I felt very dizzy. Spontaneously I open my eyes just to check were I was and I found myself still sitting on the floor with a blue carpet. Next 5 minutes were relaxing and enjoying. And I came back. I have a bit of experience in meditation, but never before was it so strong in a short time. All day after I felt well and happy. Thank you Darmayasa!

On the next day I was flying again during meditation. At one moment the warmth coming along my spine softly hit the area between my eyes from inside. Bright light explode in my vision and a strong energy flowed through my body. Tears gathered in my eyes and I felt a deep release inside me, I felt like after an emotional shower - clean, fresh and happy. I felt deep peace with myself and everything, love to everyone, complete, whole and independent. Many visualizations with the pictures of different people flowed through my mind and endless forgiveness was releasing my soul.

Few days later I still felt happy and healthy. I am a doctor and during my work I meet many people with different problems. Together with psychotherapy and some orthodox medical methods I am using Su Jok acupuncture, Reiki system, Breath work and other different possibilities of Holistic medicine. I found that when I use Kundalini meditation my treatment is more powerful and effective for the patients, and even after long day work I still feel fresh and energetic. I would like to learn and experience more Kundalini meditation. I feel a big Potential and new abilities of this Practice in a way of healing and personal development.



To open the door into our subconscious and to discover the Grate Power of Love which is transforming our sickness, unhappy, fears into Compassion to yourself and the others, health and happy of being is a Challenge to be a Human. Thank you for your grate Work, Darmayasa. I hope to see you in my country one day and to learn more from you and from the Way that you follow. I would like to shear an other interesting experience with Kundalini meditation.

One evening I don t fell well: This type of weakness when you even don t have energy to treat yourself. I took from my box a present from Darmayasa - a piece of candle, look very usual, and light it. I was setting and trying to follow the memory of meditation what I did in Bali with Darmayasa. In few minutes the worm was touching my heart and strong sweet smell, like in meditations hall, entered my nose. Each chakra start pulsating and different colors came into my inner vision. I start to see the movement of my chakras and by my imagination was trying to synchronies the rhythm of they pulsations. I don t knew how long was my journey, just came back when I fell fulfill and balanced. It was wonderful! The low feelings is disappear and a lot of enthusiastic energy came to me. The room was full of sweet aroma. I was trying to find were the sent coming from. The candle isn t smell!!! I invite my friend into my room she was enjoying the smell and she confirm: the candle is not smelling. It was like miracle! The next day this aroma was following me everywhere. I was so happy! Thanks for this miracle gift!
