REFRESHING COOL SENSATION

Last Saturday night at around 12, I felt a refreshing cool sensation. Actually, have had the sensation for quite long time now beside warm sensation. But last night was so instantaneous and strong. Some friend also experienced the same. And when I did the 5 point meditation, I felt not warm sensation as usual but cool sensation.
