First you need to choose any one number from one to nine, and never change it. After that ask the bona fide Spiritual Master to initiate the number, which, up to now only two persons who are capable of doing so are Mahaguru Acharya Kamal Kishore Goswami and Mr. Darmayasa.

The process is, more or less, as follows: first Guru will cleanse you from all “dirt”, therewith putting meditation “seed” into the meditation student, furthermore the student only keeping and developing it through number meditation. It is much better, if the chosen number had been “set up” and been blessed by spiritual power is not changed, because the number has become a number which is full of spiritual power to you and not other numbers which you never choose.

After passing the process then you are ready to move on into the practice of number meditation.
